Brewing/Make Your Own

Well, wouldn't be a bike forum without a thread on piss. Who else here brews their own beer/spirits/etc.

Me, I brew my own beer. Matt, Sh1N3y, Genocide and Cam have all had the pleasure of trying previous batches, and today I laid on a Coopers Pale Ale that should come out at a little over 7%. Everything I make is over 5%, but goes down well.

So, what else do people do themselves?

Mmmm, nice brew that xs.
I make jerky! From "mild smokey" flavour up to "needing to put a dunny roll in the freezer before you eat it" sort of hot.

i can personally attest to both of those home made batches are foooookin awesome
